WHO IS DR BARRY AVOTU JOHNSON 1ST ? Dr. Barry Avotu Johnson is a multifaceted Nigerian politician, broadcaster, entertainment expert, democracy crusader and author who has made a significant impact in the country's political landscape.  Born in Lagos in 1974, he hails from Evwreni town in Delta State and is the fourth of 18 children from a polygamous family.  Despite the challenges, he has risen to become a prominent figure in Nigeria's entertainment and political landscape. EDO STATE GOVERNORSHIP PUBLIC OPINION POLLS: OLUMIDE AKPATA EMERGES AS FRONTRUNNER Hasaan Adamu Reporting live from Benin city... Benin City, Edo State -  The BTV Television Network has released the results of its public opinion polls for the Edo State governorship election, with Olumide Akpata of the Labour Party (LP) emerging as the clear frontrunner. According to the results, Akpata garnered 4,527 votes, followed by Barrister Azue Ighodalo of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) with 2,656 votes. Senator Monday Okpebholo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) trailed behind with 896 votes. The polls also showed Aner Abdullai Aliu of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) with 436 votes and Pastor Azena Azemhe of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) with 347 votes.
